Prawn with Feta Fettuccine


What you’ll need...

500g prawns, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup olive oil
4 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp oregano
6 Italian tomatoes cut in strips, seeded
1/2 cup Greek black olives
500g fettuccine
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fresh basil

Preparation...
1. Heat oil in skillet, add garlic, and cook.
2. Add tomatoes, oregano, and cook 2 minutes. Add olives and keep warm.
3. Meanwhile, grill prawns and cook pasta. Drain and add to skillet.
4. Add feta, Parmesan and fresh basil. Toss with prawns and salt and pepper to taste.
